The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers (2002)
A year after the great commercial and artistic success of the first part of the trilogy “Lord of the Rings” of the director Peter Jackson, is shown a continuation of fantastic stories about the inhabitants of the mythical Middle-earth. While the “Fellowship of the Ring” as the initial part of the task was to present circumstances and protagonists of the story, “The Two Towers” were assigned as dynamic and meaningful introduction and unfolding into the third part “Return of the King” (2003).
According to a number of critics, “The Two Towers” is the best part of the series because of the director’s encumbrance with introductory explanations and final conclusions, also because of joint of intimate scenes and fascinating action, especially in the final sequence. The story continues where it finished in the “Fellowship of the Ring”.
